Investing in female connection around the world

The wave of connection; a movement against AI

For every reaction there is an equal and opposite reaction. Newton’s third law. It’s a basic physics principal we all learned in our middle school classes. We would meticulously incorporate this law when we drew our object diagrams; equivalently sized arrows in opposite directions. However, now in the real world, moments, beliefs, politics, even human psychology revolves around this principal as well.

Hyper-fixations on luxury brands is followed by a wave of thrifting and thoughtful consumerism. Extreme conservatism leads to stronger liberal movements and vise versa. The rise of mass plastic production results in the emergence of sulfate free, parabin free, fragrance free, silicone free products and communities deeply invested in this way of life.

The wave that is the most eminate is the wave of AI. And with the world become increasingly digitized, more AI companionship, more hours spent on a computer screen, the more the need of human connection becomes ever pressing.

I’m sure you’ve seen this everywhere. More young professionals using bumble bff to stimulate real relationships, herds of run clubs charging through the parks in swarms, apps bringing people together (TimeLeft, lectures on tap, Meetup, just to name a few)

We are in the midst of extreme change, and what we’re seeing is a divergence of two growing industries. AI and the need for human connection. What side are you on. You need to decide what side you sit on, take action and choose what is your priority. Don’t let the world dictate where you go. Decide where you want to be

Question to ask yourself: Is AI an opportunity for me, or is my future better built in spaces that deepen human connection
